Fingerprint Consultancy identity & website

Beard was approached earlier this year to create an identity and develop a website for a new business, The Independent Fingerprint Consultancy. We were thrilled to get involved with this project as it was an area that we had very little idea of until the project began.

Whilst exploring a wide variety of options, we wanted to make sure that we didn’t go with too obvious a logo, although it was clear that a fingerprint was required in some form. After a lot of thought, Beard came up with the idea of having a set of fingerprints around the logo, as though they weren’t there deliberately. They were styled to look spontaneous, reinforcing the general nature of the business.

Beard then developed a website for IFC, which used relevant images and a professional colour scheme on a clean layout. The site was built in WordPress for ease of updating and so that a blog could be included on the site.
